Pretty in pink

Growing up, I never was a pinky girl. My mum has a casual chic style and she projected her style on me so we weren’t the nailpainting kinda family.

Over the years I discovered I do like a little girly touch here and there so here I am in pink.

These Nikkie pants were on my wishlist for a while now but were sold out online. I finally had the time for a little Antwerp shopping spree this weekend and luckily the store still had my size. Tried it on and the rest is history!

So last Saturday night, this is how I looked!

The perfect transition piece!

Rather you wear them with heels, sneakers, flip flops or espadrilles, a maxi-skirt is always a good idea! Especially for Spring, think about covering those winterlegs but still feeling ready for Spring!

Pastels for spring

Pastels are always on my wishlist. There are endless combinations and they always seem to match…
For spring, my perfect outfit is a ripped jeans, white or lightblue with a pastel coat and heels!
I made a selection of my current favourites, you just click on the + to see where to get them.

Pop of pink

imageSo for today’s casual outfit I chose my Hermès scarf as a lead for my color pattern.

This baby has been in my closet for months but I didn’t really knew how to combine it. But after taking a closer look, I started to see the cutest combo. A main color of hot pink, grey details and neutral camel accessories.

For me it was a perfect outfit to stroll around on the first day of sales, comfi yet classy and original due to the flashy colors.

A little bling on a casual outfit.

This Zara top was one of my souvenirs from Lisbon. As I am a white T-shirt kind off girl, it is not easy to find a top where I feel good in. This one however grabbed my attention because of the soft color, open back and just the right amount of sequins!

And best of all, it was only 9,99€ on sale!

I combined it with my H&M ripped jeans (which I cut off myself to have a ruffled edge) and my pink Tod’s sneakers.

Dinner at Dior

Dinner at Dior!

Dior has a restaurant in front of the store in Saint-Tropez. The most beautiful city garden next to Place des Lices. The recipes are from 3-star Michelin chef Yannick Alléni.

We had a very nice evening and the cuisine was fine but not excellent, not if you think that the chef has that kind of reputation.

I wore my marshmallow pink dress by Pinko and my Jimmy Choo Lang sandals… I really love the way these sandals are so flattering for the legs! If they weren’t that pricey, I’d buy them in gold as well!

Welcome to Saint-Tropez!

We are lucky to be invited every year by our dear friends in their Saint-Tropez home.

Really the best vacation of the year. Do I love this little town! Great restaurants, beaches, shops (!!),…

Last week we visited a new restaurant by the port called l’Opéra. Good food, (pretty loud) lounge music and dancing acts… If you wanna have dinner with a great harbour view and ambiance with friends, the place to be! I wouldn’t suggest it for a tête à tête.

Anyway, I wore one of my favourite dresses by Léonard with my hot pink rockstud clutch!

Packing for la douce France.

I always want to pack all my shoes when going on holiday! I love combining the perfect accessories with my outfits but as I can’t pack 10 pairs I take some neutrals. This time silver and tan.

They cover most of my outfits. As for in bags, I take a little black Chanel and 1 statement bag in hot pink!

Ps : it is a great period to shop for an extra pair of neutrals, like nude, silver, gold or tan on sales! Sales in Belgium start tomorrow so be prepared, girls!

Who says you can’t match a bag with shoes??

I might be a bit old fashioned but I love matching accessories… Especially when there is pink involved, I just can’t get enough!

Both my dress and jacket are Zara, the sandals are Tod’s and the bag, well it speaks for itself, right?

Cinderella meets biker!

Showing off my new maxi-skirt on the streets of Knokke!

When Smets shared their sales on Instagram, I couldn’t resist passing by, ‘just to have a look’. Yeah sure….

When I saw this skirt and noticed that it was my size left, no way I could resist.

I love the contrast of the soft pink and black, so I used it to create a Cinderella meets biker look!

Have a great weekend
